Let me tell you a few things...
I am an IT professional that has a keen interest in supporting and resolving issues relating to computer
hardware and software. This interest comes from being extremely passionate about technology and gadgets.
Simply put, I love tech!
I see myself as being a friendly indivdual, extremely patient, take customer service very seriously and ensure processes are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. I regard myself as being resourceful. I am a human being and therefore I may not know everything, but where there is a will, there is a way.
I have been working from the age of 16, from being an apprentice mechanic and then moving into the world of retail. From here I have gained over 10 years worth of experience in the retail telecommunications industry. I have now moved on from retail and now currently work as a Service Desk Analyst at a children's mental health charity called Place2Be.
I now pursue a career within the IT industry and wish to take the knowledge gained through the years to the next level. Techology in this day and age is advancing so fast and is ever changing, so I believe there is always something to look forward to in the future. I am always willing to learn as it keeps my brain active and love to learn new things every day.
In my spare time I like to make websites, listen to music, go on bike rides with friends and most importantly, spend time with my family.

Service Desk Analyst
Place2Be is a children's mental health charity providing school-based support and in-depth training programmes to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff. I provide technical support via phone and email from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
Retail Technical Adviser
My role provided technical support to customers, giving exceptional customer service, and generating sales from technical related queries to help team meet KPI targets.
Geek Squad Mobile Adviser
Data Support advisor providing over the phone support to Carphone Warehouse and O2 customers throughout UK.
